While using our website, We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Information From You About Others:

We collect anonymous data from every visitor of the Website to monitor traffic and fix bugs.

We collect personal information of visitors who submit their information via the forms on all of our websites.  In order to enable these or any other login based features, social sharing functionality, Squarespace Analytics, Kajabi Analytics, Google Analytics and other site feedback, we use cookies to store session information for your convenience.  You can block or delete cookies and still be able to use our websites. The Petite Pear Project LLC uses cookies in the following ways:

Pixel Tags: Using Facebook Pixel allows us measure the effectiveness and return on investment of our Facebook advertisements. This technology provides reporting on the actions people take after viewing those ads either on our Facebook page or our website (https://www.thepetitepearproject.com/). Our Facebook Pixel is embedded into our website to track conversion and is connected back to the ad campaigns we are running on Facebook.

No personally identifiable information is collected by The Petite Pear Project as a result of our Facebook Pixel usage. You can control your privacy settings in Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen.

Marketing communications: You may receive marketing communications from us such as free newsletters and e-mails that promote the use of our websites, products or services. You can choose at any time not to receive these marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instruction provided within the newsletters/emails, or by contacting us directly (please see contact information below). Despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may send you service related communications, including notices of any updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

Adult Use Only: We do not intentionally gather personal data from visitors who are under the age of 18. If a child under 18 submits personal data to The Petite Pear Project LLC and we learn that the personal data is the information of a child under 18, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. 2. HOW WE USE THIS DATA

Once your personal information is collected, The Petite Pear Project LLC may use it in order to provide you the Website services or to communicate with you about the products and services or the Website as well as to communicate information and updates regarding events, useful resources, and other opportunities via email.

We make every effort to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal data which we store and to ensure your personal data is up to date. However, you can assist us with this considerably by promptly contacting us if there are any changes to your personal data or if you become aware that we have inaccurate personal data relating to you. If you completely delete all of your personal data, then your user account may become deactivated. The email list we maintain is for internal use only and will not be sold, rented, or exchanged with any other company. No other company will use our email list for their communications.

Post: The postal mailing list we maintain is for internal use only and will not be sold, rented, or exchanged with any other company. No other company will use our postal mailing list for their communications. We would otherwise only share email or postal addresses as required by law.

We do not share your personal information with third parties. We may exclude from your personal data information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you, combine such redacted data with information we collect from other users in an aggregate and anonymous format and sell or provide this anonymous data and analytics about our customers and site visitors to third parties. Before we do so, we will make sure that such information does not identify you. Moreover, if we, or substantially all of our assets, were acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. 9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make major changes in the way we collect or use information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Website or sending you an email.  A user is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Website after such changes have been first posted.
